Never again, place full of no mask standing room only, hassle giving , disregard of customer service

Supafresh hott glaze since da 90's.....Hmmmmmmmm.....Tastee Doughnut 2020......

This was the first time that I came here. Recommend by a friend since the Coffee & on Manhattan closed. There were two people working behind the counter. No one else was in line. I stood there for about four minutes before one of them said "DO YOU WANT SOMETHING?" ( with a horrible attitude) The worse service that I have gotten in a long time from anywhere. Will never be back. Service and the donuts were very bad. Worth the drive to Marrro for better food and nicer staff.

The donuts were good. The breakfast needs work. The grits had a grey tinge to them, weren't hot enough.

Absolutely delicious! The doughnuts were hot and soft! It took just a couple of minutes to get them, even tho they were very busy! We'll most definitely will be returning soon!

A staple of terrytown. I have been coming here since my inception into the world. They have the best damn castle burgers in the nation. Im not kidding, ive had Krystal, White Castle and Tastees. They are the most delicious little bastards i have ever put in my face hole.The donuts are made on site and they taste fresh as hell. One bite into a glazed doughnut from there and you swear you landed on a sugary planet with a pillowtown of flavor. They are open late and its great for late night munchies. I hope this place never closes and that the community continues to support it.

Very crowded but the staff work quickly. Despite the crowd, we were in and out in a few minutes. The muffins are delicious.

Good donuts

Can't believe I was charged a 1.57 as a charge fee. I always love this place but I rarely carry cash so you going to charge me for that. Think I can find a better place to bring my business. Will never recommen this place. And I was never told this . I was told my Bill's was 39.30 and got charged 40.87

Very tasty stuff and a nice variety and the sign says that thier open 24hrs which is rae on the west bank to find some place thats worth going to anytime of the day.

Their donuts are good. The rest of the food is okay. It’s cheap and generally worth the price. With that being said the service absolutely sucks now. In fact the service is so bad I generally don’t like spending my money there anymore. It wasn’t always this way. I thought it might be better just ordering online. Nope the order sat in a “waiting to be accepted” state for 45 minutes until I had it canceled. Who ever is running operations should be fired. They’ve gone downhill fast.

The "Kassleburgers" were not very fresh. They were dry and cold

I love this place I came here every week and purchased week supply of muffins for breakfast. One of the best in this area, I find. Great taste and portion size. I just love it.

They have some of the best donuts in town. Definitely on the Westbank. The Apple Fritters and the Sour Cream donuts are my favorites. They are a denser donut and hold pretty well over a few days........but they never last that long. The glazed donuts and the donut holes are super addictive. You cant eat just one. Plus they are open 24/7 so you can always stop by and get some donuts.

Me and my friend always get the half dozen.He get the donuts with the chocolate glaze (3)N I usually get 2 glaze (no chocolate) and either a blueberry or sourcream if 4get the name of it but its literal sugar and I love it.N it has 2 b in box so it wont smudge his chocolate anyway they always take care of us n theyre generally very nice about it.

Fresh and delicious food made to order! Warm staff and cozy restaurant. Hot coffee and Cold juice. Gaming area also located inside although I don't know the cost or types.

I have been coming here for years and on yesterday I found out they have the best crush ice I ever taste hands down. The food here taste homemade. The the staff always so nice.

A great little cafe with loyal local customers that have been coming here for decades. This gem is hidden away in the heart of Terrytown and, though I normally order just donuts, offers meals as well. The cafe is always clean & the staff is normally very nice. I remember that Terrytown Cafe & Donuts was the first local food service business to open after Katrina and it was a welcome sight!

Food was good in had the catfish meal and the fish was pretty big

The best donuts on the west bank

Simple place. They don't do much, but what they do is great, and great for the price.

I ordered a dozen donuts over uber eats 6 chocolate 3 cinnamon and 3 buttermilk instead of contacting me to say they were out of chocolate they sent a dozen glaze . I would have preferred if they canceled my order than send me something I dont eat and no one in my house eats

Holy fuk this place is great I’ve gotten donuts so many times, and I’ve also gotten the chicken strips and French fries 🍟 and cheese fries and bacon omg and the sliders aren’t bad. The service can be a little sketchy but they don’t do that bad for a small donut shop on the corner. Pretty solid.

The people there are always so nice and their donuts are fresh. They just started offering cold brew, too. I haven't tried it yet- but it's there 🤷

They only recieved 1 star because i had to leave one. I understand that COVID-19 is going on right now but that is NO EXCUSE to leave a box of glazed donuts left by Uber Eats on my porch. The driver didn't even knock to let me know they left it. Also ive called numerous times to allow the owner to explain why the miscommunication and no one answers the phone and the voicemail stays full. Very unprofessional. Id rather bake my own donuts before buying here again.
